Los Angeles · Bespoke Family Documentaries
We make intimate, cinematic documentaries for the families who know that a life this full deserves more than photographs.
What we do
We sit with people.
We listen carefully.
Then we make a film.
A small number of commissions.
Each one, our full attention.
Before a single frame is captured, we take the time to truly understand who this person is — not just their biography, but the texture of them. How they laugh. The stories they always come back to. The things they built, and the things they left behind for others to carry forward.
What we create is not a keepsake video. It is a work of cinema — one that happens to be the truest portrait of someone you love. It will be screened at gatherings, shared across continents, and watched by grandchildren who never had the chance to meet the person on screen. That is the weight we carry into every project, and it is why we only say yes to the ones we can do with complete devotion.
We are based in Los Angeles and available to travel wherever the story asks us to go — across the country or across the world. If the full truth of a person's life begins somewhere else, that is where we will be.
Our work
How we work
What we offer
Two ways to begin. Both made with the same care, the same craft, and the same belief that the person at the center of this story deserves something extraordinary.
The Portrait
A single subject, captured across one or two days of production. Twenty to forty minutes of cinema built entirely around who they are — not what they've achieved, but how they move through life. The way they tell a story. The things that still light them up. The quiet wisdom only the people closest to them have ever heard said out loud.
Delivered professionally finished and ready to share with everyone they love.
The film you will be grateful exists for the rest of your life.
The Chronicle
Multiple subjects, multiple days of production, and a single cinematic film that holds the arc of a family's story. The sacrifices made. The distances crossed. The decisions that shaped everything that came after. Archival photographs, letters, and materials woven throughout.
Forty-five to seventy-five minutes. The kind of film that becomes the most important thing your family owns.
For families who understand that their story is worth keeping.
Begin a conversation
You already know who it is. If this feels like the right moment, we would be genuinely glad to hear from you. Every project begins the same way — with a simple, unhurried conversation about the person you have in mind.
